"We have owned 7 homes, 2 of which we bought before construction started and 1 which we designed and Taniel Bedrosian built.  We started with a sketch and Taniel was very accommodating, responsive to our wishes, and worked with us to achieve the home we wanted. In major construction, there are an amazing number of decisions that are needed and Mr. Bedrosian always made the process as easy as possible.  By any measure (including value, staying in budget (!), delivering on time (!!), and construction workmanship), he was by far the best general contractor we have worked with.  His building practices are to be commended and the quality of his construction is equal to, or better, than some more  expensive homes we have seen. It took just one meeting to discover that Mr Bedrosian was organized, competent, and intelligent.  (He also has a dry sense of humor, works hard, and has wonderful subcontractors.)  We have lived in our new home for 4 years and it has not developed problems that are serious or are related to poor construction.  Furthermore, everyone who has seen our home has remarked on the excellent quality of the workmanship.  For these reasons, we are more than happy to provide a reference for Mr. Bedrosian."
